JOIN A HOST of Blessed teachers for this whole day retreat – treat yourself to a trip to the Cowshed or join us on Zoom.

ALL PROCEEDS will go to help two amazing causes close to our hearts – the Motor Neurone Disease Association and Dementia Support.

We’ve got a wonderful variety of well-being sessions for you throughout the day, whether you want to come for a morning session, spend the afternoon with us, or dip in and out, perhaps interspersing with a beach swim or harbour walk in between your classes.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY (all classes are one hour) :

⭕️ 6.30am – Energise live with Niki Perry

⭕️ 8.30am – BREAKFAST Gather and Feast boxes, NOSH balls and Blessed coffee!

⭕️ 9.30am – Energise and Breathe with Rosie Underwood (75mins)

⭕️11.30am – Blessed Fly workshop with Niki Perry

LUNCH

⭕️1.30pm  – Yoga Nidra and meditation with Sam Axtell

⭕️ 3pm – Sound Bath with Lisa Dawlinson from Project Alchemy (Cowshed only)

⭕️ 4.30pm – Energise with Claudia Bush

⭕️ 6pm – Hour of Power with Tim Perry

⭕️ 7.30pm – Rest and Restore with Karen Bennett (lived streamed into the Cowshed)
