Wise Women Menopause


This immersive day workshop, devised by hormone specialist and nutritional therapist, Audrey Backhouse, helps us understand and deal with the wide ranging, and sometimes unexpected, symptoms of the menopause.

Your day’s course includes:
10.30am – 10.50am: Welcome and women’s circle

10.50am – 11.20am: Menopause: The stages, symptoms, nutritional and lifestyle tools that can help

11.30am – 11.55am: Short meditation and cooling breathwork

12 noon – 1pm: Talk and Q&A with  Dr Katie Armstrong (MBBS MRCGP DFFP DCH), a menopause trained GP and founder of Clinic51

1.00pm – 1.40pm: Freshly prepared, hormone balancing lunch from Feed Me Momma

1.40pm – 2.10pm: Managing emotional and psychological menopause symptoms and post menopause health

2.15pm – 3.30pm: Yoga flow with menopause trained Blessed Yoga teacher, Fran Pennant

3.30pm – 4pm: Final Q&As

This course is essential for:
PERIMENOPAUSAL WOMEN struggling with symptoms such as poor sleep, fatigue, weight
gain, mood swings, brain fog, joint pains, hot flushes and night sweats etc.
POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN who want to learn how to prevent and manage common post
