A full and active life is exciting, but constant activity without real rest, can leave us wired, tired, and in danger of burnout.

These seven days will teach the value of slowing down with mindful eating, restorative yoga, meditation, rest and reflection. Join your classes live or on-demand – whichever suits your lifestyle and creates the most space in your days.

This unique course will help you to cook slowly and mindfully for the week ahead, to re-balance your adrenal glands, rather than constantly pumping ‘rajasic’ energy, always feeling the need to be ‘on’. You’ll enjoy slower, tamasic practices, restorative yoga, mindful eating and moments of meditation and reflection throughout the day.
