Exploring the Eight Limbs of Yoga


Join us to explore the ancient philosophy of yoga, widen your understanding and deepen your practice, on and off your mat.

You may be familiar with Pranayama (breath control) and the Asana (the poses), but yoga is so much more.

In Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, the path we take is called ashtanga, which literally means ‘eight limbs.’ These eight steps teach us how to live a purposeful, fulfilled life.

Over three evenings we will explore how the eight limbs guide us mentally and physically, to practise with discipline, to breathe with focus, to behave with integrity and honesty, and find our way to a better relationship with nature and spirituality. ‘
