This course is essential for:

During the day, you will gain a deeper understanding of what happens to your hormones during the menopause, including those we all know about (hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia etc) and those you may not be expecting, such as anxiety and brain fog.
We’ll explore the latest evidence-based tools to help manage symptoms, how intermittent fasting might help and what types of exercise are best for the peri- and post-menopausal body.
And finally, we’ll delve into heart health (the number one killer for women), bone health and vaginal health – a taboo subject which needs to be talked about.
